FSSAI authority had issued the guidelines to the food businesses who are holding the Central FSSAI license or Central FSSAI Registration and falling under high risk categories to get their premises audited as per rules and regulations of FSSAI. This order had been communicated many times on 13.08.2019, 24.09.2019, 29.11.2019, 12.06.2020. Now the FSSAI authority had given the last extension to the food businesses to get their premises audited by 31st December 2020. Food businesses who is holding Central FSSAI License and falling under high risk categories is required to get their premises audited upto 31st December 2020 otherwise heavy penalties may be imposed as per FSSAI regulations.
